Log in to your account and go to the Account Details / Settings section (depending on whether you are using Web or App. Here, you can update your delivery address for each delivery day to ensure your meals arrive at the correct location.
Make sure to save any changes before the cut-off time for your next scheduled delivery:
- Tuesday 8pm for Sunday/Monday deliveries
- Friday 8pm for Wednesday deliveries
If you need to urgently change your address after these times, please get in touch at hello@frive.co.uk and our agents will look into this for you
