How does the subscription work?

Frive operates on a subscription basis, with your plan renewing weekly. Choose your meal plan, with optional breakfasts or snacks.

Each week, you can choose from approximately 50 meal options. You can customise your menu up to three weeks in advance. If you don't select meals, our algorithm will choose them based on your preferences.

Payment is taken at the cut-off time for each delivery, based on the meals in your box at that time:

📅 8 PM Tuesday – for Sunday or Monday delivery
📅 8 PM Friday – for Wednesday delivery

You can skip deliveries or cancel your subscription. To skip, go to 'deliveries' and click 'skip delivery.' To cancel, log in, go to 'my plan,' and click 'cancel subscription.' Your cancellation will take effect after all paid meals have been delivered.
